Not only modern but also somewhat homelike design, because this company is a family business and each new employee stays here for a long time.

First and foremost, we decided to preserve the space and airy atmosphere of the office, leave the ceiling open and paint the utilities system. At the same time we wanted to create a comfortable acoustic climate. To make this happen, we used acoustic islands, carpet tiles and sound-absorbing wall panels.
We decided not to use standard linear lighting, and install different chandeliers for different areas of the office instead. For example, in the open space zone we used large lamps that bring some industrial character to the room, but do not look too massive. We did not level the walls and kept the authentic brick of the manufacturing area.
We used different shades of warm orange in the office for a reason: the company’s management believes in feng shui and the esoteric influence of color on the growth and well-being of the company. Orange symbolizes the color of the earth, emphasizes the company’s activity, enhances trust, promotes pleasant communication and increases the mood of employees and customers.
There are also many retro-styled items in our design, such as wall sconces, heating radiators, some furniture and wall panels. We like to use vintage things, we are sure that classic design items will never go out of style.
