Client’s wishes:
The accommodation the maximum possible number of workplaces in a small office area, since this office will be leased out. The customer sought to create a universal platform for any business.
Another wish was the mandatory use of abrasion-resistant materials with a “wow-effect”. However, we had to stay within the budget. In addition, it was necessary to take into account the interior of the Chicago Central House itself, in which the office is located. We had to create a design that would be a continuation of the entrance space and common areas of the residential complex.
