Light warm colors make the apartment cozy. We left the ceiling open so as not to reduce the space with suspended structures. We removed the cupboard handles in the kitchen since little things like these add visual noise.
We decided to choose the wardrobe that reaches the ceiling, so that it looks like a wall, and not like “something standing next to the wall.” This “something standing” visually takes up more space, and we still needed additional places for storage.

Perhaps for the first time in our history the customer immediately decided to work with our team and made the advance payment on the very first day. No, seriously, for the first time ever.
– Yes, this apartment is meant to be for rent, but I like your design so much that I want to live here myself.
– Yeah, same))
Before finding -ation, the customer developed their own questionnaire for selecting contractors. They received several dozen responses, but only three were comprehensible enough… We were among these three.
