Client’s tasks and wishes:
The main task was to breathe a new life into an old building by creating stylish and modern design, as well as make entrance unit with a lobby café appealing to the visitors and employees of this business center. Since this is the “face” of the building, the project had to be approached with full responsibility.

The main task during the design planning process was to create an appealing and modern entrance uint in an old building from the Soviet era, which the team managed to achieve flawlessly at the first try.
We added rich, trendy accents in modern solutions, created comfortable waiting areas, and refreshed the café. The existing natural shell limestone was incorporated seamlessly into our design, preserving the building’s history. And all of this was done within the client’s budget.

As for the decoration of the entrance area of the business center, our furniture manufacturers have offered their products, optimal in terms of price-quality ratio, and the suppliers have selected durable furniture according to the client’s requirements. The entire design and layout were developed taking into account the existing café equipment, which had to be preserved.
