Client’s tasks and wishes:
To develop a standard interior design for several investor’s apartments. The design has to be universal, appealing to the majority of tenants or buyers.

We developed a standard design, duplicating it simultaneously for 5 apartments, and created 5 sets of working drawings. We chose a combination of materials with natural textures and colors.
We used natural wood, glass, and stone textures; the design was also complemented by calm muted shades with subtle accents, stretch ceilings and various lighting scenarios such as built-in LED lighting and pendant fixtures.

We purchased all the materials for renovation, furniture, curtains and equipment – everything that was necessary for the project implementation. Thanks to careful author supervision and a team of experienced foremen, all the ordered equipment fitted perfectly into the ergonomics of the apartments and fully corresponded to our design ideas.

Our specialists carried out renovation works in two apartments simultaneously in order to save time and establish an efficient logistics chain. Thanks to the coordinated work of all the specialists, we were ahead of the planned work schedule.
We implemented weekly video and written reports, reporting on the work done, providing financing tables, procurement plans, and outlining further steps in the works. Thus we were able to receive answers to questions swiftly and resolve contentious issues right away.
