Client’s wishes:
Stylish and functional design in a small office space. This space had to be universal and adaptive for various businesses of potential tenants, that is, suitable for everyone: from financiers to farmers.
We had to do a high-quality renovation and fulfill the main requirement of the customer: not to exceed a somewhat limited budget.

Dark wood-grained wall panels, simple lines and 1940s American style details bring durability and prestige to this design.
Gold blotches on individual details give the interior a neat sophisticated look.

Project Chronicles:
If you want to securely hide the light fixture just before installation, move it from the floor to the table, don’t find it and order it again. Then find it and cancel the order.
If something feels odd, fix it right away, time definitely doesn’t work wonders here. Even if it is just a white cable on a lamp when you want a gold one.
Few things are more frightening than a call: “Hello, 12 sq. m carpet probably isn’t enough. Yes, exactly the one that we got from the Netherlands.”
